David A. Cole
Community Relations and Comical Figure

Following graduation from MacArthur High School in Irving, David received his A.D. in Food Service Operations from El Centro College in Dallas, Texas. His experience in an Italian kitchen began in 1980. After working for various Dallas restaurants David founded i Fratelli with his brothers in 1987.

David’s activities include participation in charitable events, area youth sports, and local politics. David has served on the Irving Planning and Zoning Commission, Greater Irving/Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Irving Sister Cities Board and Irving Boys Baseball Association Board, The University of Dallas Capital Campaign, Knights of Columbus, and the Leukemia Society also keep David busy. David has served on the Irving YMCA Board for three years, and as Chairman of the Board two of those years.  He has served on the Board of the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association for three years.

David and his wife Sandra live in Irving, Texas with their son Aaron. When not at work David enjoys traveling, attending ball games, and finding new places to eat.
